The 3N™ methodology, the AlphaBlock and α1phablock names and marks, the contents of this site, and all decks, overviews and documents distributed through it are owned by AlphaBlock Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You may view the site and download our materials for your own internal evaluation, and share them within your organisation. You may not republish them, distribute them externally, sell them, or use them to build a competing product or methodology, without our written permission.
Published research papers remain subject to the terms of the platform on which they appear, including SSRN.
Confidentiality of materials shared on request
Certain materials — including the identity of partner funds and the underlying third-party records behind figures we cite — are shared only under a non-disclosure agreement. Where you receive them on that basis, the NDA governs and prevails over these terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Third-party links
The site links to third parties such as Nasdaq, PMS Bazaar, SSRN and press coverage. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement, and their inclusion does not imply that they endorse us.

Governing law
